Review content:
My boys have been attending Carpe Diem (CD) in Richardson since 2004. They started in the Toddler Room and graduated through their Pre-school program. The CD curriculum is stout and more than adequately prepared them for them to become successful in their current private elementary school. The teachers and administrators are educators with a genuine concern for the children not only teaching the basics but enhancing the learning process with music, cultural appreciation, and hands-on experiences. The small-class sizes allowed the educators to grow to understand each child individually which in turn led to more tailored teaching. CD fosters a partnership with the parents which ultimately for us, led to them becoming our second family (after all they were caring and teaching our most prized possessions!). We continue to entrust our boys’ summers to them as their Summer Camp program is filled with on-going weekly field trips to local museums, water-parks and attraction venues (i.e., Legoland, Ranger Games, etc.). The Murphree’s have done an outstanding job in building a top-notch preschool program and luckily for the rest of the DFW area, are expanding this greatness into other neighborhoods and families.
