Review content:
I've been here many times. Toro has a great atmosphere, very friendly service (hard to come by at sushi places) and wont break the bank. The food is always fresh and amazing. They have some really cool signature rolls, and there garlic noodles are AWESOME. The only negative i can come up with this place is that the shopping center its located in has a sewer problem, and its not un-comon to get a bad whiff of it from time to time when people open the doors. I really wish the city would do something about it, because there are several restaurants nearby that are all plagued with the same situation. its not the restaurants fault, just an unfortunate location.
Pros: cheap, good atmosphere, good service
Cons: there's a bad smell outside
