Review content:
The owners will tell you anything to get your business. Dave and Donovan both, father and son, are dishonest. They ruined my VERY EXPENSIVE, 3/4"", solid, hand scraped, distressed, custom walnut floor. When it came to fixing the problems, they said they would fix ""some"" of them and the major problem I had, ""chatter marks"" which are ripples about every inch covering the entire floor, could not be fixed. When It came down to actually fixing it, they wouldn't return any calls, emails or wouldn't even call me when I went in and they said they would. They PROMISED"" that they would make the job right and we would be very satisfied customers. But nothing ever got repaired, the chatter marks, the foot print, right in the middle of the floor, the divot in my baseboards, all the way around the room from the workers sanding too close to the wall and cutting into the boards, the ""shadow edging"" which is the hand sander tilted on a slant to get closer to the wall and ""digging a trench."" This is all in addition to them flattening out my beautiful hand scraped floor. I made it perfectly clear before I hired them, that I wanted to keep my hand scraping. Donovan said they would lightly sand it and it would still exist. It was ruined!!! Never got anything fixed, not even the footprint.
