Review content:
We live 300 miles from the business but were assured they could service our equipment. This has been nothing but a nightmare from day one. We had to call and literelly beg to get the TWO GUYS to return and get our system working. This is not just an ordiinary system, this is a full theater room with a sound system through out the house. The sytem also is what controls the remaining house as well. This job was well over 6 figures and you would think you could get service. We had part that controls our DVD and music over a year ago and the response we received was ""ship the broken part to us and we will fix it"" The system has NEVER WORKED PROPERLY AND WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE HAD THEM COME AND SERVICE IT. We do not expect them to come without reimbursement but we expect service. My advice is find someone else!!!!!!
