I originally contacted New England Glass in June to replace a broken thermal seal on a living room window. It While they were fairly acomodating in measuring the window, the office staff never contacted me with the quote until my third phone call. Once I got the quote, I paid 50% down to order the window. The window was ordered but once again it took several phone calls to get someone to call back and schedule installation. On the specified date, the installers were late and came with the wrong size glass. We were told that they could put a rush on the right size piece of glass for an additional fee. We told them we were not going to pay an additional fee, and they needed to correct this situation ASAP. Once again they promised a phone call to address the issue, and we have yet to here back from anyone. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
