My girlfriend and I had to move an entire household on the day we were scheduled to move into our new apartment. William Holdings had our place ready a day early! We had an extra 24 hours to get ourselves settled in. The new hardwood floor was amazing! We spent the first 10 minutes just sitting there staring in appreciation of what they’ve done. Our move to LA started out very stressful, but dealing with this company from day one has alleviated the stress 100%. The folks in the leasing office are very understanding and accommodating. The people in the maintenance arm of the company are efficient and on top of the issues. Three days after moving in, we reported some issues with plumbing, locks, etc – all the issues were handled and resolved within 24 hours. We’re very happy with our decision to go with this company and would recommend William Holdings to anyone.
