I have lived here with my partner for about a year. We're moving out because our careers are taking us to the east coast, otherwise we would plan on living here for some time. They renovated before we moved in, so our apartment felt new. 2 parking spots next to each other was pretty nice, and the 24/7 video surveillance systems made us feel uber safe. The managers will even hold on to your delivered packages. Although sometimes noise carried in the halls, there was zero noise in our apartment. Management responded to maintenance issues fairly quickly (within a day or so). We also lived facing Normandie, and the apartment is solid enough that you barely can hear the noise. Pricewise, you REALLY get what you pay for compared to similar places nearby.
