When I first moved to LA I rented from William holdings I lived in the edgemont building....... I really loved it there it was always kept immaculate..... All the the people who lived there were extremely nice...... I loved my building so much I would still be living there today if my job didn't transfer me to NYC..... I just wanted to tell William holdings thank you for going above and beyond..... if anything was broken it would get fixed in record breaking time...... I never had an issue with feeling unsafe....... As for the security deposit I got all of my money back except 80 but that was cause all the walls needed to be painted but I thought that was pretty good I mean I have never lived in an apartment that I got 100% of my deposit back and trust me I have lived in a lot of places my job transfers me to a different location every 1-2 years so I am a master when it comes to moving... I wish William holdings would buy some building out of Cali because I would love to rent from them again thank you WH for everything you guys did I would hands down rent from you again........
