Review content:
I intervied over a year ago for an office position off of a bullet point list that had a generic position title with pen marks scratching out information. I did get the job with a six month probationary period. I thought this was acceptable until that six months was over and was given another probationary period and an ultimatum for a new requirement for my job. I had to get a sales license for the office to be compliant or I would not have a job. I checked with the state; there is no such need for all office personnel to be licensed. The work environment was tollerable when the both owners were there, but was better with just the one. Constant yelling and bickering, never following thru or communicating were standards in this environment. Shortly before I accepted anohter position a new employee was interviewed and hired using the exact same generic position criteria. I would not reccomend this establishment as a potential employer. -- The going the extra mile only applies to customers; employees are treated as if they are family and being scolded.
