User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars \r by KM 05/20/2011 \r Horrible and think twice as they are not honest should things go wrong. They moved and stored 5 rooms of furniture. Upon delivery, some pieces of mahagony furniture were missing and never found(?) and ALL 5 rooms had significant damages. They were rude, never returned phone calls and hold the Better Business Bureau this is their 1st claim in 12years. One can see that that is not the truth. I am working with the insurance company as the damages were extensive. 2 bureaus were delivered 3 weeks after the move with 2 feet broken off each bureau ( one was an heirloom and the other was cherry wood. All the time they were telling me that repairs were being made which was a bold lie. They even tried to give me someone else's furniture to replace what was missing? Glass tops were damaged and boxes of dishes marked fragile were broken. Stay as far away as possible. Bill and Sara are not customer oriented people when it comes to problem solving and make you feel like you are the bad guy after paying them thousands of dollars! Best advice....stay as far away as possible as they 'just pick things up and put them down...."" causing a lot of damage. There was damage to 3 bedroom sets, a kitchen set and a dining room set. Hunks of wood were broken off as well as legs to bureaus (4). Items were gauged, glass furniture tops broken, items missing, movers broke a new door trying to get a piece in....and it goes on and on. This guy is a character and Mr. Bill was great at not keeping promises......\r The best thing I did was a holdback and he is still mad. The claim is thousands of dollars. My husband and I are both professionals and Billy used every trick in the book, even challenging the quality of the furniture. He gives you a big grin to get the business but disappears when it comes time to make things right. Promises are not kept and a complete lack of empathy for the customer. He and Sara make a good team.
