Review content:
I LOVE the Bouncing Bead in La Mesa BUT PandP beads is closer to where I lived, so I walked in to check it out! There were 4 women hanging out in the store, not sure which ones worked there but I walked through the door and I received looks from each woman that made me feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman when she walked into the clothing boutique. They made it obvious that they were not going to welcome me into their store or offer any help. Not one of them said hello. Another woman walked in right behind me who they appeared to know and was greeted very pleasantly and was immediately engaged in conversation about what she will be making. I made a couple circles around the store looking for the chains and again not one of them asked me if I needed help or anything. VERY RUDE! The trek to La Mesa and the friendly service that I have always received from the Bouncing Bead is worth it! These women need to learn what basic customer service is!
