I recently purchased a 2009 Yamaha Roadliner from Barneys in Brandon. The first week I had it, I had a problem with the battery which was promptly taken care of. This week I took my bike back for the initial 600 mile service. I wanted to recognize Kenny Gaudio for his courteous and prompt attention to both the battery problem and the service job. In this day and age when people are constantly complaining about almost everything, I think it is important to recognize people who go out of their way to treat customers with respect and ensure the work is done when promised. The next time my bike needs service or has a problem, I will go straight to Kenny and will encourage all my friends to do the same. Thanks again for the outstanding service.
