I want to take the time and say what a great job the service department has done for me. I had my Raider in this past weekend for a clutch replacement, and Kenny and JD were both true professionals. JD assessed the problem with my clutch after riding the bike, and Kenny promptly went out of his way to order the replacement parts and in no time my bike was running better than new. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the attention to detail and satisfaction I received from these two Barneys employees. Furthermore, it is comforting to know that the person actually doing the work on my bike owns and rides a Raider as well. I live in St. Pete, but I always bring my bike to Brandon knowing that when I deal with these two gentlemen, I'm always going to get taken care of. Keep up the great work. Thanks!!
