manager only cares about filling apartments with anyone to meet monthly numbers. exanple apt 227 frat house....college kids hanging out till 3 /4 am loud, smoking and drinking in entrance ways to apartments , hanging out in front parking lot, no respect of other tenates. i do not recommend this place to adults or families wanting privacy, quite, or sleep you wont get that here. apparently the manager here doesnt care most places wouldnt put up with this bullshot. so far theres been about 15 people here drinking and now its 3am again. i only have a few more months to go and im out of here, until then im going to try and contact the police dept, city concil and whoever is the management group that owns the place to see what can be done. stay away from this place "" college frat house"".
