Dr. Walker is good but the office staff is incompetent. \r

They wrote my credit card number incorrectly then sent my account to a nasty collections agency for their billing mistake and then tried to blame me! The one day I went there the office phones had been out all morning. The desk person wrote down my credit card information because they could not process payments. Two months later I start getting daily recorded messages at home and at work about an ""urgent case"". I contacted the number only to be told that they were a collections agency working on a $270 bill from Gonzalez Walker and Webb. So I hung up with the nasty collections guy and called the Dr's office only to be told by the office person that they sent my account to a collections agency because she could not run the card I gave them because the credit card number she had written down was wrong. When I asked her why didn't she didn't try to contact me she said ""we sent you a bill but it was returned by the post office as having the wrong address"" when I asked her what address she had sent the bill to she paused and said that they had removed my address from their system! When I asked her why the collection agency had my home phone number, my office phone number, my cell phone number and my home address she didn't answer. I will never go there for anything again!
