I feel the need to comment on the negative review! Rainbow has been around for over 33+ years and we go out of our way for our customers! Just Saturday the 19th I was in catching up paperwork and a coach came by from Strawberry Crest wanted to order, we were closed but I let him in....., we get calls after hours at home people forget to pick things up and we meet them so they can get what they need. Customers forgetting to order what they need and we JUMP through hoops to get things done in sometimes a couple of hours so they do not go without. Rudeness can be construed sometimes for matter of fact. It goes without saying that I feel terrible that Pulte had a bad experience and would love the opportunity for a second chance. EVERYONE deserves a second chance. Talk to someone else next time.......
