I was at Antons in the waiting area waiting for my ""number"" to be called and the receptionist was on the phone with another client-rolling her eyes to the other receptionist about the client! Rude! I sure hope she doesn't do that when i call,though im sure she does. i continued WAITING and a shorter tan women asked me who i was WAITING for? (Someone needs to tell that lady that if you are going to work in the beauty industry and promote skin care TANNING IS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR SKIN)! Anyway, she then checked with the receptionist to see who I was with when they realized that she was running 1/2 hour behind :( so, she came back to me and told me that someone could get me started:( Isn't that why we have appointments??? She was running late because she was doing an extra something on another client, while im still waiting! I guess anything for Antons to make more money!! :( I was very disappointed!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! ANTONS NEEDS TO GET SOME!
Pros: they were good 5 yrs ago!
Cons: unprofessional,rude, bad receptionist
