I recieved a gift card for christmas to this salon and decided to give it a try for a color and hair cut. From the very moment i stepped into the front entrance, i was absolutley floored by the sheer magnitude of this salon/spa! The decor is immaculate and it feels like some exclusive salon on Hollywood Blvd! The girl at the front desk greeted me immediately, with a smile and a cheerful ""hello, how can i help you?"" She checked me in, and even offered to hang up my coat for me and brought me a coffee. The entire time, she made me feel as if i was a welcome guest, not as if i was an inconvience like most of these reviews are saying. The stylist did exactly what i told her i wanted. The color was amazing, the exact brown with subtile highlights that i wanted. The cut was a wonderful change too, i wanted to go short but not too short, and she cut it really cute. All in all, i would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone, they definitely have a repeat customer here, and i can't wait to schedule my next appointment.
Pros: Ambiance, Staff, Atmosphere, parking.
Cons: nothing at all comes to mind
