This place is a joke. I wanted to try it even though it had bad reviews. This is the Delafield location, I have not been to the Pewaukee location. Everything in the reviews are TRUE!! Front desk-rude and snobby. The ""manager"" who checked me in needs a personality makeover. She didn't acknowledge I was even standing there or to let me know that the stylist was running behind. I don't know how this salon stays open because they are so awful. The staff just rushes you in and out. Dirty and needs to be updated. The stylists are more concerned about gossiping with each other than making sure their clients are happy. I had a hair cut which was ok from an ""artistic director"". Its much shorter than I wanted and nothing looks even. The main reason I came to this salon was to check it out to see if I wanted to have my bridal party here, but they do not deserve my business and I can't risk having a stressed out day due to their lack of customer service.
Pros: At least there was parking
