Review content:
I went into Anton's today to get my hair cut and colored. I have never before had bad service there, and my hair cut and color, done by Ciara, looks great. However, my mother had previously called the front desk and left her credit card number for the reception staff to bill to her account. I informed the lady at the front desk (I heard another lady call her Patty) that my mom had called and left her info so we could bill her for my service. Without even looking for a note, she looks back at me and tells me that there was no phonecall. My mother is a responsible individual, and would never leave me in a situation like this. I asked her to look around, and she looked at me like I was asking her to jump off a cliff! In the meantime since she couldn't find the slip, she charged my card for the service. Right after the transaction went through, another one of the reception staff comes off break and tells the lady that it was under another sheet of paper. Talk about rudeness and incompetence. If the lady would have just done me a favor and looked around for my mom's information, without rolling her eyes at me, we wouldn't have had this problem. And furthermore! When she found my mom's information, she didn't even offer to credit my card back the amount that she charged it for in order to make it right!!\r

I have always thought of Anton's as an upscale place. Now I think of them as upscale and snotty. They do not deserve your business.
Pros: Beautiful Atmosphere, for the most part good services
Cons: Awfully rude and incompetent reception staff
