It's hard for me to believe that they've only had one complaint. My 1st counselor was great, and Raeshawn was excellent. But that's all I have good to say. They were rude. In the middle of writing a W/C claim for me, my second counselor left the practice and no one told me. That was the final push to leave them after 2 years. I have been given the run around ever since. I know people are in business to make money, but do they understand that we are there for help with a mental illness. To them it seemed we were just people at the DMV. Many times I was even angrier after dealing with them. I'm coming to see you for a reason, for help, the least you could do is be polite. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
