Review content:
Today I visited your store at short Pump Town center in Richmond , VA. When I walked in with my mother there was no greeting or can I help you. We looked around for a few minutes and atill no help. Thats when I saw a yellow pad laying on top of a table that said ""sign in"". I did so for I really needed to buy my 2 grandchildren a pair of shoes. I found the shoes I liked , still no help. Throughout this whole event, ther was a young short dark haired lady at the register, ""eating a bag of cheese doodles"". I hate to think that this is the way that you run your store, because this will not make you any money. I was embrassed and disgusted and preceded to leave the store without ever being acknowledged. I the went and found my grands some shoes. Poor customer servive exists in this store.
Pros: Excellent selection of shoes for children
Cons: Pitiful customer service/Ther were no checkout lines
