My parents, who are senior citizens, had a problem with their basement drains backing up. They called Roto-Rooter in Naperville and were very pleased with their experience.\r

Their plumber, Vano, was courteous and very helpful. He explained what the problem was and why he had to do things the way he did. He worked quickly and efficiently and was very professional. They really appreciated the senior citizen discount too!\r

Thanks for your help. My parents will call on you again if the need arises.
