Review content:
When we had to downsize from a house due to finances, I thought that Mobile Home parks were out as an option, because most in the Raleigh area were trashy. Then I found Shangri-La. The yards were neat for the most part, my neighbors have been more ""neighborly"" and friendly than the ones in my old traditional neighborhood, and I have felt truly at home here. Shady, wooded lots are available, and it is close to great shopping! I have nothing bad to say about this park, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone!
Pros: Neighborly, Quiet, Good Location
Cons: apt-type mailboxes, only 2 cars per house
