Review content:
If you need a business account and a business loan I would never recommend Associated Bank. The Fairview Heights office is unfriendly and business banking has horrible customer service. They do not disclose all the information about loan terms, so watch out for pre-payment penalties. Also don't expect copies of your loan after signing because you won't get them unless you ask multiple times for them. They have good deposit accounts so if you need just a deposit account I would recommend them. However, I would never recommend the business loan department to anyone, well maybe a dog.

Cons: horrible business banking department and loan customer service
