This is my third Ford purchase, but my first one from Future Ford. I can say that I was surprised as how knowledgeable my salesperson was on the truck. It's not my first work truck, and it's not my first Ford, but the guy we worked with knew the details about the packages I need. Actually, we worked with a manager basically the entire time because we went in through the fleet department to get a government deal on the truck (a trick I learned from my wife's brother who sold cars in the 80's). Greg Smith, the sales manager, had us come see him directly and actually explained ahead of time exactly what we would be doing on Tuesday when we come in. Car dealer should hire more managers like Greg instead of the guy they usually have in dealerships that hides away until the very end then comes out to change the whole deal! Aside from some financing differences (I guess you have pick between the money they offer or the low interest rate and I was thinking we could have both) it was the best purchase I have ever been through and I will definitely be back to purchase from Greg Smith and Future Ford again
