I had a coupon from a reputable company (Entertainment Book) for buy one lunch and get one lunch free. States on coupon ""Valid Anytime"". When I went in approx 4pm the owner told me I couldnt use the coupon. Ok fine. ""When are lunch hours?"" He responds unhappily and mumbling under his breath, ""between 11am and 2pm"". So I said thank you and left. \r
I returned about a month later with my coupon at noon. The waitress told me it was only good for ""dine in only"". IT STATED NO WHERE ON COUPON DINE IN ONLY!!!! No problem. I decided to sit down and eat in the restaurant. As I took off my jacket and sat down. The owner then said from behind the counter, "" no you cant do that."" I nicely said, "" do what?"" He stated, ""you cant order two sandwiches."" I responded, "" Im not allowed to eat two things from the menu? The coupon doesnt state a minimum of two people?"". ""That is the rules he angrily told me! He was RUDE, ANGRY, and HAD ABSOLUTELY NO TRAINING IS CUSTOMER RELATIONS! I quietly got my jacket and exited the restaurant. \r
I assume that is why no one else was dining in restaurant because the restaurant owner is RUDE and NEEDS MORE TRAINING WHEN DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC!
