Ever since the bald guy left a few years ago, I thought there was little hope for the little gem of a store in Bloomfield Hills, RUSSELL HARDWARE. I'm happy to report that I was wrong! First, there's the handsome guy that broods over in the plumbing section. Not only was he extremely helpful, and amazingly knowledgeable, but also he turned out to be one of the most interesting people I have ever met. Next there's the tall fellow with the goofy laugh. He has a way of making everyone around him laugh along with him. Then ""the little guy"" that everyone seems to pick on. He seems to know so much about everything. He was even so kind as to show me a picture of his son - what a great guy! And let's not forget about the fellow that's always sitting next to him (he showed me a picture of his car). How that beautiful girl with the gorgeous brunette hair puts up with such a cast of characters, I'll never know. And then there's my hero - Keith. Thankfully, Todd at the back counter can handle more than 12 customers at a time (he's amazing!), allowing Keith to give me his undivided attention. Just like the bald guy did on my first home, Keith was able to answer all my questions, even to the point of anticipating the next one. Who needs a designer when Keith is around? The thing that makes him such a great salesperson, is that he's such a great listener. He new exactly what I needed, and then proceeded to get it for me as quickly as possible. Thanks Keith and all the boys at RUSSELL HARDWARE for helping make my new house ""home"".\r
