Review content:
We all make mistakes. Mistakes are easily remedied when attitudes in dealing with errors offers a positive resolution. This is tantamount to good customer service. \r
Three straight times we visited Burger King, Warrensburg. Each time we were either given the wrong order or had missing items. After each incident, I either called or visited the store and asked for the correct order or missing item. All three times the assistant manager was rude and condescending offering no resolution. After the third incident, I called and spoke to the general manager. She was contentious and defended her assistant managers. In a hurried attempt to get me off the phone she offered a letter of apology and a coupon to correct the third order. That's been over 30 days ago. I've yet to see anything.\r
\r
My advice: If you like surprises with your food orders, go to Burger King in Warrensburg. However do not complain if you find missing items or get the wrong order. It will do you no good.\r
