Review content:
This is a nice, older, well maintained park. Many of the residents have lived here 30 years or more. Unfortunately the current management has a bad attitude towards the residents, creating an unfortunate situation. For instance: a nice Jacuzzi to relax in after work. It closes at 9:30, which is OK, but if you're not out of the water, dried off, and out the gate at exactly 9:30 you will be confronted by an unfriendly, poorly mannered guard. You have violated park rules and you will be reported to the management. I have suggested that a friendly ""time to call it a night"", or something like that might be more appropriate. Management's response is to hold up the packet of park rules and recommend that you read them. Most police departments have training now in customer relations. It would be best for everyone if the management at this park did the same. Several long-time residents have expressed dissatisfaction with the current managers. The owners of this park would do well to find a more refined couple to manage this park. Sorry to have to write this, but it's discouraging to move into a nice park and confront this sort of a situation! Pros: A nice respite from busy city life! Cons: Unfriendly, intimidating management
