My car overheated in Gilroy and was towed to Preferred Automotive. The folks there were friendly, professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. Benita, the lady at the front desk there, went well out of her way to help us get full reimbursement for our visit since it turned out that our car had overheated due an repair error made by a previous auto shop. She made many phone calls on our behalf all on her own accord--I have to say, the customer service was stellar, and our car ran great after the repair. They even bused us to and from the local hotel we stayed out. I was exceptionally pleased with the quality of service received at Preferred Automotive and would definitely refer them to others.
Pros: Professional, honest folk, good people, excellent service
