Review content:
I had my van worked on at Dana's Transmission. My wife and I were impressed with the whole company from the guys out in the shop all the way to the office. We told Tom what the van was doing & not doing.\r
\r
Tom explained what he thought the problem was and the cost. We needed a part that wasn't in his bid. Tom called to let my wife and I know the cost. When we went and picked up are van. Tom had paid for the part. You don't find people like that this day and age. \r

My wife was so impressed with Dana's she baked around 3 dozen cookies and took them to the shop. Over the years I have work with a lot of shops, by far Dana's has been the best to work with. About a month after that are van wouldn't start. I called Tom to see if he had any ideas. He told me that it could be a ground. I was going to have the van towed to his shop when he said to let him get it towed he has a co. he uses. He called me later that day to tell me the van was ready. When I asked what was wrong he said that it was the ground. When we went to get the van Tom said no charge I told him that I wanted to pay for the tow Tom said no way. His customer service is a lot better than any shop I have had to work with in the last 20 years. If you need your car worked on call Dana's Transmission they will treat you like a friend not just a dollar. It's the only place I will ever go. Thank Dana's for a wonderful job.\r
