Review content:
Brinks is the worst ever property management. They are extremely rude even when dealing with decent families renting decent expensive houses. They very slow in taking care of maintenance and never return your calls. They also use legal jargons to scare you. When you respond back with same legal language, they simply do not respond and ask you to get a lawyer. This actually causes more harm to the owners. When not extending the lease, they confiscate several hundred $$$$$ of your deposit for lam excuses, like dusty cabinat!!!
I advise all tenant, as well as landlords, to avoid using Brink by all means and fight their intimidation tactics
