WE HAVE LIVED IN OUR APT. FOR 2+ YEARS. ONE WEEK AGO WE ALL RECEIVED A NOTICE TAPED TO OUR DOOR, IT SAID THAT BRINK PROP MANAGEMENT
WAS GOING TO BE THE NEW MANAGERS FOR OUR COMPLEX. IMMEDIATELY, I JUMPED ONLINE AND SENT THEM A TEXT ASKING FOR KEYS TO THE OUTSIDE COORIDOOR ENTRANCE-NOTHING, NO HOT WATER IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM---NOTHING, NUISANCE NEIGHBOR SLAMMING DOORS AND SCREAMING FILTHY LANGUAGE-NOTHING...THEN WE GOT A THREE DAY PAY OR VACATE NOTICE STUCK TO OUR DOOR!! 2000.00 OF IT WAS FOR CHARGES THAT THE OLD MANAGEMENT COMPANY INCURRED AFTER SEEKING LEAGAL COUNSEL THEN DROPPING THE ISSUE AND EXCEPTING PAYMENTS--WE WERE MAKING THOSE PAYMENTS!!
I;M SURE YOU CAN GUESS WHAT MY OPINION OF THIS COMPANY IS.....WTF
