If you don't want landlords involved at all except to collect the rent than this is the landlord for you.\r
However, if you need anything from a toilet being fixed to any help with the fact that raw sewage has somehow backed up into you garage then beware. It will take weeks, numerous phone calls and threats of withholding rent to get any kind of response. They are as close to slum lords as you are going to get in Seattle. Their goal is to spend as little money as possible keeping the homes they are responsible for maintained and have workers who are stretched way beyond their limit. Truly a nightmare to deal with.
