I'm so glad I found other reviews on this management company, I definitely will not keep persuing a property that I thought was perfect for me. I saw a listing for one of their rentals and have called over and over again and sent emails. I received one email response that said a phone call would follow the email. Liars! I thought it was strange that a property that's been on Craigslist for around 2 months was still available and now I know why! Either they are lazy or they really don't have this property available. I also find it amusing that they have time to post all of these positive reviews about themselves on here (yes, Brink PM, you and your one liners are fairly obvious) but you can't return a phone call! Everyone knows that unhappy people complain and rarely do the happy ones go out of their way to make sure everyone knows what a good job someone is doing. Quit playing Famville and do some work. Lazy simpletons.
