Scam Artists, sleazy take their money and run business. I am trying to get somebody in this office to address my issue when your company WK Holdings / WK Holdings LLC, Ridgewood Management who owned and managed Strawbridge Green Apartments at time of incident. I purchased a washer and dryer for my apartment and the first day I had my washer and dryer delivered it over heated and I had to call appliance store to come out and repair dryer. They sent out a technician the very next day and replaced the thermal fuse on dryer. Technician stated overheating was due to ventilation issues. The total on the bill which was turned into the office staff of the Strawbridge Green Apartments on 5/7/2010, is $86.01. At this point I could not run my dryer with the ventilation hose attached to wall. After several maintenance requests to Strawbridge Apartments, and finally a call to the Marion County Health Department, they actually cleared the ventilation. Now I what to be reimbursed for my repair bill.
