My car went to Nice & Easy as part of an insurance repair. As I used the insurance company's express repair service, so I didn't choose the auto body shop. I am glad that I did because I hadn't heard of Nice and Easy and therefore would not have chosen them. I can not imagine that I could have selected a company that would have completed the repairs faster or been easier to work with. I was looking for something that I thought had been left in my car, when I called they encouraged me to come down and I would be allowed into the shop area to look in my car. Upon arrival, I was instantly greeted and escorted back to my car where I was allowed all the time I needed to look under the seats. While there, they updated me with the new estimated completion date, which was 3 to 5 days sooner than the insurance company had promised me. The car was delivered when they said it would be with flawless repair work done. I am very glad that I found Nice and Easy and not only would I recommend them, I will definitely use them in the future.
