NEVER MOVE HERE!!!!!!!
This place is a hellhole that needs to be condemned!!!!
THE CONDITIONS OF THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX ARE APPALING!!! Aside from the incompetent way in which it’s being run, the conditions of the buildings in this complex are so filthy it’s vile. The bottom levels on many of these buildings have been so neglected that they are over-run with mold and are in a state of decomposition from the level of disregard. In other words: this place needs to be condemned! One would think that this problem would be addressed and corrected but instead this complex has decided to board up the rotting bottom levels and rent out the ones above. I have seen with my own eyes lower levels that have whole ceilings falling in because of the damages but still have tenants living above them. Dare I mention the bad electrical wiring, or the flooding in the apartments when it rains, or how about the peeping tom and the break-ins? The management group that owns this complex as well as the people who work in the office are some of the rudest, most manipulative and incompetent “professionals” I have ever encountered. BAR NONE! They know that they are leasing units that are in unlivable yet they do it anyway. Your new place may look clean, but trust me, the fresh paint and carpet is to mask the massive amounts of mold and filth that grows in your walls and beneath your feet . Why something has not been done about this complex is beyond me. NEVER MOVE HERE!!!!!
