Review content:
My experience with them was horrible. I brought a receiver in for repair. Their original two week estimate turned into 3 months. They initially claimed to be very familiar with my particular unit, and said they had seen this same problem before. This story changed drastically after I had made payment, and experienced repeated failures. I had to bring the unit back twice after the initial repair attempt, with the same recurring problem. They actually had the nerve to charge for additional parts the third time around, even though their first two attempts had failed, and the unit was still under their so called ""service warranty"". I finally got my unit back with additional damage that it did not have when I brought it in. Of course, they denied causing the damage, and tried to suggest that I was responsible for it in some way. Requests for a refund were flatly refused. Over $200 down the drain, and my unit still does not work properly.
There are other competent and reputable shops in the area - I suggest using one of them.
