My husband and I just had a hamburger at 31 South Grille and they were incredible. The meat is fresh and local and has never been frozen. The buns were buttered and put on the grill They are cooked to your specifications and come with all the trimmings that should be on a hamburger - lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion. They also has 5 different kinds of cheese to choose from. Thomas (owner and cook) also said that in the near future they would be serving local pork as well. This is an over 21 establishment so they serve beer and liquor. If you are a hamburger lover, their sign says it all - Best Hamburger in Town!
