Review content:
I brought my car in for a wash about a year ago to Christa Chevron in Santa Clarita and noticed the next day the little lever that adjusts the air duct was broken. We did not let the manager of the car wash know (we should have) and took it in to have it serviced at the Acura dealer as it was under warranty. I took the car in a week ago for a wash again (my mistake) and the exact same thing happened, except a different lever was broken. My husband noticed it when I bought the car home. All the little levers had been slammed down when the person at the car wash wiped them. My husband went in to tell them. The Manager said there was no way they could have broken it and was insulting and rude. I left a message for the owners, but they never called back. I now have a complaint in to Chevron consumer affairs. Absolutely horrible service!
