Kimmie Candy is Reno's newest attraction in Reno and open to tours soon . I got a pre tour since Grand opening is in June and its a fun place with a cute retail shop in front a room dedicated to educate you on how chocolate is made and where the raw products come from like sugar and cocoa beans that make their candies and in several of the production rooms have glass back walls so you can see how they make the candy, like their Sunbursts line the candy coated ,chocolate covered ,sunflowere kernels are the best candy I have eaten in a long time , a better for you candy and they will be open for tours in May . Pros: Fun , educational and close to down town , looks like a real Willy Wonka candy factory Cons: not open to tours yet , starting in may 2008
