Review content:
I wonder if you all are aware that not only is this business NOT licensed or insured for the hardscape work they performed, but there is a cease and desist order against them bythe State of Maryland. They are facing criminal charges for performing work outside of their scope and without a license. This illustrates the type of company that cut-throats local small businesses who play by the rules. Lazo (and their customers) are destroying our community, one project at a time. Have your retaining walls and other projects inspected by a licensed landscape contractor, and make sure there is a permit on file with the county for your recent projects. (Oh wait, Lazo can't pull a permit, because they aren't licensed.) Good Luck to you all.
