Review content:
Dealing with Castle Breckenridge as an HOA board member has been the worst experience of my entire 40 year career in business. I have never dealt with an organization with Castle Breckenridge's level of consistent incompetence.
Before allowing your HOA to sign on with Castle Breckenridge, just go by their office and take a look at the wreck of a building they housed in. Sit in their cramped lobby on the ratty, tiny sofa and listen to the chaos around you. Listen to the phones ringing off the hook, the harried employees dashing around, the beleagured receptionist trying to fend off angry callers.
Yes, they work cheap: be assured that you'll get even less than you pay for.
How they stay in business is hard to figure.
