Employees lie - I have 3 different employees tell me 3 different stories in reference to the arrival of my gun.
Overpriced - I paid $34 for shipping with the promise it would arrive the next day. It arrived 3 days later.
Wait time - While I was being helped my salesman left to help someone else who had arrived after me, and completed their sale before completing mine.
All in all - Go to H&H, their friendly, don't bs people, cheaper, and help you until your finished. They may be busier, but it is totally worth the wait at H&H!
I ordered/purchased a gun here on a Wednesday with the promise that it would be shipped and arrive at Gun World the following day (thursday) and that I would be able to pick it up in the afternoon. The salesman also promised he would call me when it arrived. Thursday came and went with no phone call, but since I was promised it would arrive thursday...on friday morning about 10am I went to pick up my gun. I was told it had not arrived but would by 3pm. I tried to cancel my order, but of course you have to pay a restocking fee and all that. So, at 4:30pm on friday I called to see if it had arrived, I was told they were waiting on one more shipment and they closed at 7. I received no call Friday evening saying it had arrived. So, Saturday I called about noon and they told me my gun had arrived. At 3pm saturday I went to pick up my gun, the salesman that helped me this time told me it had arrived friday an hour after i left (just another lie). Once again I was stuck waiting while they helped other people before finishing my order. This time I had to wait for them to review my paperwork. They had 3 days, why are you just now reviewing my paperwork??? I left with the gun I ordered...but I don't like companies/people that waste my time, lie to me, and waste my money. I will NEVER return here.
I wouldn't give them even 1 star, but you have to give them something or your can't publish your review.
