Review content:
During the past 4 and 3/4 years the child support office has given me absolutely no assistance at all!!!! At the initial meeting I was treated like a criminal when asking for assistance. The man gathering the information even commented on how much I made. Needless to say, my daughter's father was making 4$ more than me an hour! How dare they question the need for child support. It takes two to make a child, it should also take two to handle the expenses for said child. Her father went into court with lies on top of lies, that the child support office didn't even try to validate. I was asked to bring in a check stub and necessary documentation, when he showed up with a lawyer (remember this is a man that hasn't paid one child support payment) and nothing at all in hand. I find out two months later that not only did he not have a job at the time nor did he have insurance on our daughter as he quite clearly stated in court and received a credit towards his payments!!!!!!!!!! My case has been bounced from state to state because he will go to visit family and put in applications for a job so that his social security number will pick up and my case will be shipped to yet another state! HELP!!!!!!
