Sales people were demeaning. Return policy not clear. Just go in knowing all the rules. You won't be told them. Terrible atmosphere. Totally ignored as customer. Not at all helpful in helping you choose. Sat at desk and said nothing. WE desire better. Period. But, particularly in light of how much you are paying for the clothes. Not at all what Betsey Johnson would approve of -- does not reflect her spirit. That is the tragedy of it all.
