I was very happy with the entire experience. Chuck was my hairdresser and when I arrived late for my first appointment he offered to come in early the next morning to fit me in. I have short/thick hair and am used to hair dressers being even overwhelmed at the amount of hair I have. But he quickly created a style he felt would look good while making sure I was happy as well. Attentive and seemed genuinly interested in making the customer happy!
