I have been renting an apartment from Deckard and it has been an absolute AWFUL experience. I have had my apartment sprayed for insects, the shower fixed for overflowing, the ceiling and wall have yet to be patched for leaking when it rains (I am on the first floor of a three floor house), I can hear dripping INSIDE walls in two different places within my apartment, and in a recent rain storm, my floors have been flooding through the walls (about an inch in a three foot area). I am being overcharged for this apartment--almost 500 dollars a month! They also do not have an emergency number--so, if there are any problems on Friday night, you have to wait until Monday to speak with someone about it. I highly recommend you find an alternative to Deckard Homes!!
